Rules and Regulations

- Only cash payments are acknowledged at the
resort due to the absence of telephone lines.
- Check-in time is at 2:00 pm. Check-out time
is at 12:00 pm. This is strictly observed at the resort.
- Sleeping inside vehicles is not allowed.
- For security purposes, putting up tents is
not allowed at the resort.
- No cooked foods are allowed inside the resort.
We have our own restaurant onsite, or one can try restaurants
from other resorts.

- Bonfires and cooking are prohibited since
the building materials of the resort's facilities are highly flammable
(i.e. anahaw).
- The total number of persons in a room is
strictly observed. The management will only allow two additional
persons for the family suites and only one additional person for
all other rooms. There is a corresponding additional charge for
every extra occupant every night.

- Snacks and drinks such as water, and
chips are allowed. Alcohol and sodas, however, has an equivalent corkage
fee.
- Strictly no littering at the resort.
- Only kids 7 years old and below have free
accommodation. However, management will only allow two kids with
free accommodation per room. Any children in excess of this number
will be charged an extra occupant rate or extra mattress charge
rate.
- All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped
with a refrigerator and cable television. Each room is fully furnished,
and comes with its own toilet and bath, and hot and cold shower
facilities.
- Housekeeping is upon guest's request and
preferably should be done with a guest in the room.
